University Motel

The owners are strict and about their business and very very clean. I’ve even seen them sweep the parking lot. It’s the people that live there…uugh. It’s the area and the location. Never rented a room. I’ve only passed by and seen location. I guess my Google location was picked up because of being at the light located near this place.

78 dollars is WAY too much for this place a night. But extremely rude man behind the counter running the place that probably was the owner but he threw my money back at me for $2 being short on my card even though I had the cash for it. That said, that's really kind of messed up and rude because I only stayed there for traveling purposes I just unfortunately didn't know I should have one elsewhere. And the rooms are horrible.

Do not recommend. I called twice and the lady told me a price but then hung up randomly mid convo and said no. Like what?? The only thing I asked was for the pricing and how much total for 2 nights.

Was looking for a quick get away & found University Motel. The parking area is well lit for you vehicle security and room entrances. One room rental over night $50. Double locked door, Window with curtain, bathroom, soap hot water, toilet mirror. D would be my grade for this place . Just because sheets might be clean but are stained, stains in floor and shower. Rooms smells like "incense"🤐
