University Inn & Suites

This place was horrible and I am traumatized. The rooms are filthy with mold hanging from the ceiling. When you open the door you are greeted by 1,001 roaches like Joes Apartment. They switched my room 3 times due to how nasty the rooms were and she had the audacity to say that the “remodeled” side was better. No it was just as worse also let’s not forget to mention the drug activity that constantly goes on and that’s unacceptable with families coming in. And that Manager is a trip…he don’t care at all. But this ain’t stopping with review I’m going all the way. That place needs to be shut up.

Horrible service. Front desk clerk LISA was the most disrespectful clerk I’ve ever encountered. She was rude and shameful to watch. After informing the manager of my experience I was offered a 5.00 discount. I was told there was nothing more he could do. As well as the rooms being horrible. Don’t waste your time or money in this place .

To all who has American Staffordshire Terriers DO NOT aquire this so called inn and suites. The manager Will claimed my dogs are pitbulls and they are dangerous and violent. I had my vet records to show their breed and he said they are pitbulls. I told him" sweetheart, Google it. They are different. They might carry the traits but they are totally different. He said " Don't call me sweetheart " at least I didn't call him what he was actually acting like.. He claims he was a truck driver for 30 yrs and all companies allow all breeds... Might be true IF YOU OWNED YOUR OWN TRUCK. Not all companies allow the pitbull breed. I drove for 7 years and had to prove to one, mine are AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIERS. Worst motel ever been to staff extremely rude they're making me pay for my service dog breakfast is only from 7:00 to 9:00 they only have cereal for breakfast during the weekdays they have waffles on Saturday and Sunday too cheap to afford waffles every day for your guests they tried to tell your guests they have to be in the room at a certain time world's worst motel

Its a okay place to stay for the price. I definitely wouldn't take my family there but adults would be okay especially if your just staying the night but if your looking for a weeks stay or more choose else where.
