Aside from the rooms being incredibly clean and really really nice The front desk staff is nothing short of amazing. When I first encountered James he had so much personality and he helped me so much. That continued through the likes of Miss Carolyn as well as Alicia. What a phenomenal staff they have here. I have been staying here now going on 3 weeks and they have done a phenomenal job of providing exceptional customer service.

This property offers a perfect hotel stay. The rooms were very well stocked (full kitchenette), excellent pool and gym facilities, and an excellent and friendly staff. No road noise, comfortable beds, well maintained property, and each of the staff members we met were happy to be working together with the General Manager. The bathroom facilities were well equipped and the very best shower with excellent water pressure. The GM was out among the guests during the breakfast hours, and the rates were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: The warm friendly staff. Negative: That so many people on our floor ate late night dinner and left their bags and boxes sitting in the hallway. The hotel can’t help that and it was removed early morning but I still didn’t care for it.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only downside for me was the breakfast. The quality didn’t feel very fresh, and the options were exactly the same throughout the entire week, which got repetitive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I do think improving the breakfast variety and freshness would make it even better.

Extremely clean hotel, room was spotless! Little kitchenette w fridge freezer and microwave. The free breakfast was solid but the best part were Jeffery and Alicia the staff working the morning shift! They were friendly helpful and made the stay five stars! Thank you both!
