Hampton Inn Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

I’m giving this location 5 stars, because of the staff, that’s #1 !! They really made me feel welcome! #2 is the cleanliness of this Hotel, and the rooms!!!!! # 3 the shower water pressure, and the hot 🥵 water!!!!! I was in the shower for 35 minutes, it was so relaxing, I didn’t want to get out, I almost fell asleep, standing up. I liked the way, the tv said welcome, and had my name on it. Just can’t say enough about how professional the staff was!!! The only negative thing I could say about my room, #216, the ac, wouldn’t get the room temperature below 70, it would have been a problem in June, July, or August. This will be my new location, when I come to visit family.

Another wonderful stay here! I stay here every year on business and each time it is great. The rooms are clean, and the staff is wonderful. Especially Lisa at the front desk. She was very friendly and a great benefit to Hampton Inn! Breakfast was great and friendly servers there. Couldn't ask for more in a Hampton Inn.

Positive: Whirlpool tub and how clean it was. I intended to clean it myself because they can have hidden nastiness this tub was cleaner than any whirlpool I've seen. Negative: Toilets were extremely low to the ground. I have arthritis and don?t need an accessible room but the toilets were difficult to use.

Very nice and clean hotel. Check-in was great - the lady checking me in (Lisa) was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Such a sweet lady, Pat, takes care of the dining room. Offered hugs and encouragement when we received bad news about sister’s surgery and treatment. Be sure to meet Pat when you go for breakfast. We had a nice stay!

What a pleasant surprise finding this spot to stay. The staff is great and Pat, she is in charge of breakfast, is incredible. She put out the nicest breakfast I have ever seen in similar hotel and keeps it all cleaner than Disney World. If you stay and have the privilege of meeting her please give her a hug from me.
