Was charged twice for a room we never stayed at , and got on the phone and had no help was told to email the place, but the guy who works there knows he charged us twice as well, as giving them 1 card and money being taken out of both of my accounts . we never stayed and money was taken while we were on the road back . do not stay here. doors opened with bottled cans no type of security , you will not feel safe here . and yet to as well get a refund .

I don't typically leave reviews, but after my friends and I's experience here I consider it to be dangerous and I feel like people should know. We had two incidents between our two rooms on our trip. The first one was that my spouse and I were walking down the stairs from our room to the parking lot when a worker ran after us yelling for us. He asked us our room number, and when we replied just stared at us for a while before saying "ok." I was kind of confused so I didn't say anything and just went to our car, but I honestly feel like we were being discriminated against. We're a queer couple and were dressed in black. I feel like he chased us because he thought we looked like delinquents who weren't supposed to be there and thought we were breaking into rooms or something? I don't know.

I would say the rooms aren’t the most appealing. They’re good enough to get through the night bc of the low nightly price. But the customer service was good. The workers are kind and let us have a late checkout at no extra cost. Sachin was very kind and friendly. I’d actually stay here again.

Only here for 1 night as a halfway point and I’m glad I get to leave in the morning. There’s a reason it’s cheap.Got here at 11:15 pm. Got my room and the smoke detector beeped every minute which they thought was normal. Got my second room and the door was stuck. Finally got in at 12:15. TV doesn’t connect so no tv. Security latches on the interior of both rooms had been removed. Bug on the curtain. Room smells faintly of marijuana. Hopefully my car and moving van isn’t broken into while I sleep. Just pay double the price of this place and know you have a room that’s functional and you don’t have to push the desk in front of the door to feel safe. Gentleman at the desk did his best to help and it’s not his fault he works at this terrible motel.

Save your money lol. Even though it’s cheap, so not worth it. Looks nothing like the pictures. As soon as we pulled up, I knew it was a mistake. Granted, we only had to stay 1 night due to going to a concert. Saw many alive roaches, mold in the shower, the fridge didn’t work, tv didn’t work, the floors felt wet and sticky, the bathroom sink could spin like a bey blade. The door you can go outside to go up and down the stairs, the 3rd floor door was broken, anybody could come in that hotel. Everything about this hotel is a red flag. Mind you, we had a king suite. It was literally a regular room. Mind you, no microwave either. They have a breakfast bar but no breakfast 😆 also will charge a $100 fee when you arrive for accidental fees.
