We could not get the door open without help. The AC was broken in our first room so we had to change rooms. The second room had roaches and other bugs. Both rooms had weird black debris on the pillows and bedding. Do not recommend this hotel.

I had a very disappointing stay. First of all, I couldn’t even open the room door—it was extremely old and required a “special method” to unlock. The front desk staff had to come and open it for me in person, which is unacceptable for a paid accommodation. When I finally got inside, there was a strong, overwhelming smell—a mix of damp/moldy odor and cheap perfume/air freshener, as if it was used to cover up the moisture. The bathroom area was also unhygienic: there were small bugs and even cockroaches around the sink. To make things worse, there was a sticky, unknown gel-like substance on the door, which was disgusting. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not clean. I would not recommend this hotel and I won’t be returning.

It's a great place. It used to be Days Inn and its University Inn now. Owned by the Patel family. I've stayed in some of their other hotels around the area and they do a good job at keeping it all kosher and clean.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The moment I walked into my room, I was greeted by roaches — not one, not two, but several crawling on the walls and around the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any establishment that calls itself a hotel.

Non smoking room was unbreathable due to smoke odor. The room was dirty. The place is in severe need of renovation or to be torn down.
