Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gainesville I-75

Excellent experience from the start. Natasha was very friendly and efficient at check-in. The room, as with the rest of the hotel was clean, bed was comfortable.... didn't hear much of any outside noise with the fan running . Shower was good though the diverter didn't block completely allowing water to flow directly into the tub. Looks like a descent gym/workout area and the breakfast looked to be very good. Overall good experience at a good value.

Natashua front desk lady was so friendly, inviting , hospitable . Went above and beyond, and a great representation of the hotel’s core values. Very great first time impression and ensures you have all your necessary needs while enjoying your stay. Extremely helpful, and very pleasant and professional to interact with.

Excellent customer service!!! From the moment we checked in at the front desk where we were greeted and told by clerk they are there 24 hours for our convenience to the friendly maids in the hallways that greeted us and asked if we needed anything without prompt. I wish you were everywhere !! The rooms were clean and the pri e was excellent o. Price line. I highly recommend them.

Positive: The staff, location and amenities. Negative: Breakfast needs some help, however the woman running the breakfast is sharp. The breakfast needs to be as good as she is.

Stayed one night on Friday. Front desk and housekeeping staff were awesome. The lady who checked us in on Thursday night was very helpful! She assisted another elderly customer in ordering a food delivery. She was very sweet! Hotel and room was very clean. Towels and linens appeared to be new. Nice Continental breakfast was offered and staff kept the area clean and well stocked. Many restaurants as well as a Publix Grocery was about two blocks away.
