We arrived to the hotel early. The front desk clerk told us that the room was almost ready. We sat down in the lobby for less than 30 minutes, and our room was ready. The clearly was very nice and accommodating.

Only Good perk is location due to surrounding shopping and restaurants, however very limited parking. This was my second but last stay at this hotel when visiting Houston. Rooms space is limited ok for one person preferably. This trip the bathroom sink was slow to drain water. Secondly all the charging ports were slow to charge. Staff provided additional charging ports. I requested maintenance but they didn't show up to assess the outlets. So we made due with charging phones in the car. Overall ok stay but will NOT be returning.

Positive: Clean Negative: I stayed at this hotel 60 times the last three years . The breakfast used to be really good. The orange juice is way too diluted now. They only serve bacon and it’s gross. They used to have linked sausage and it was really good.

The rooms are spacious and very nice. Decor was beautiful. Fitness room is equipped well. Loved their free breakfast. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fact they had room to gather with friends in comfortable seating areas down stairs

Nice little hotel in a great location. We stayed the night before a cruise and it was a quick and easy drive into Galveston. Breakfast was fine. The lobby has games so the hotel attracts families. It was still enjoyable even though it was more active than what you’d find at a Hampton. Most importantly, the bathroom door was a regular hinged door and not one of those dumb barn doors!!!! We had the added adventure of a tornado warning, but we hung out in the lobby for a bit and the staff were friendly and handled everything flawlessly. I would definitely stay here again.
