The staff was very kind and very helpful. They were kind enough to go out of there way to help when I needed help. I don’t know what I would have done if it wasn’t for the staff being so kind when they did not have to. I enjoyed staying here.

This place is a DUMP!! We reserved two nights in June before our cruise out of Galveston. The room we were given smelled badly, a/c wasn't working properly and stains on the bed sheets. Asked for another room. Again, room smelled badly, stains on bed sheets, cigarette butt by the microwave, there was a one inch gap between the door and door jam where light came through, several holes in curtains and when you turned on the shower, dirty water came out. When our two granddaughters went swimming, the pool was murky and you couldn't see, even with googles on. On top of that, there were a number of people sitting outside their room smoking, We had to walk by a group of three "ladies" sitting outside on the walkway. My experience at motel 6 was awesome,the lady in front desk was very nice,was very professional,rooms are extremely clean,and I had a great time there.. Jennette was awesome ty for everything

Do not let these reviews fool you - the wifi is non-existent. Water pressure is also non-existent. Rooms are run down, bed’s sheets were wrinkled (if you know anyone that does the cleaning they will take naps on the bed - also hair on the beds). Neighbors were so loud I couldn’t work, not to mention drug use. Tried to early check out and change hotels but the lady at the front desk said to call booking - who I made the reservation from. The rep from booking called twice while I waited outside, I went inside to see if they would answer the phone, at first, she said it didn’t ring, then she said it rang twice, but there was no one on the other end (while I was on the phone with the rep). Keep clear - you’ve been warned.

I had an excellent stay here. The rooms were clean and decent. The lady at the front desk Jeanette was very friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service was on point and the location was great. I’ll definitely be back.
