The guy the name Andrew? He is the rudest person in the whole world. You should not keep a job with a customer service. We have nothing to do with customer courtesy and the problem is the manager is packing him up and she got all his tag so I would assume the manager is much worse than him. This hotel is one of the worst holidays I have ever stayed in the bathroom was super dirty. We have a lot of Type of hair in the bathroom and they threatened to throw our stuff away when we were right next to the hotel and he said if you not come up right now, we will throw your stuff on the street. This is the last time we visit Holiday Inn even though we’ve been visiting Holiday Inn our entire life, but this will be the last time we stay in Holiday Inn, Andrew you need to get fired You have zero Cust

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We stayed here and specifically wanted to sleep as late as possible, right before checkout at 11. We had the do not disturb sign on our door. The maid service knocked on our door at 9:15 and actually opened our door. Same an hour later, with the sign still on the door! Does that not mean anything anymore?! My husband let the front desk person know upon checkout and she was apologetic but then the manager came out and offered my husband a bottle of water for our miserable experience. An 8 cent (their cost, at most) bottle of water. Wow. I think that pretty much says it all.

Very nice place and staff! The cleanest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. Andre and the girls up front were very nice. The night manager always acknowledged and said hi when u was in the lobby early in the am.

Great staff but seems to be a trend that I have stayed at Three different Holiday Inns in 3 different states and all had issues with bathrooms. This one the overflow cover in the tub fell off the first time using the shower. Also during my stay the towels were never replaced.

Really nice hotel. Very clean, and the grounds are well kept. The AC in my room was much more powerful than I expected. Very satisfied with my stay
