The good- the rooms were clean. I had only a double ended C type usb cable and Leslie and Alexis went above and beyond to find me something so I could charge my phone while I was there. These two women were the highlight of the whole trip. There were adequate towels. The lobby was fun and inviting. If you choose to have food delivered, grubhub waives fees for guests here. There was a lot of good. The bad- the pool was closed. This wasn't disclosed during check in and was the primary reason we booked this hotel. It was extremely disappointing to find out via a sign. The rooms are nice, however being on the 2nd floor, with wood floors, our upstairs neighbors were either elephants or bowling. It was so LOUD. I could hear our next door neighbors having a "time" and well, so could my 7 year ol

From moment we were greeted at check-in to checkout very positive vibe especially from Sandra. We needed a dog friendly hotel and they certainly were. Clean room and bathroom with plenty of towels plus coffee and tea served 24 hours made our overnight visit easy. Free breakfast was sufficient and fine before our next 8 hour drive.

Great stop on roadtrip from Chicago. Perfect for 1 night. Well-lit parking lot and lobby. Rooms were basic but clean. Blackout curtains were nice. Small mini fridge. Night light in bathroom. Plenty of soap, conditioner, etc. No carpeting which is great for allergies. Bed was fine for me. Hubby felt it wasn’t comfortable. Front desk staff at check in and checkout were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was average at best, but we never expect much. Coffee was good. There were several food and comfort items available for purchase as well. McDonald’s and gas station nearby.

We had a wonderful experience at Tru by Hilton Shepherdsville! We stayed here for a wedding in Louisville and brought our dogs with us. The hotel staff were so kind and attentive. Breakfast was great and the beds were so comfortable! The dog walk area was clean and mowed with doggie trash cans and bags available which we thought was awesome. The rooms were spacious for our fluffy four-legged boys. There were plenty of games and things to do in the lobby for the kids. The room was amazingly clean. Check-In and check-out were seamless from the app. We will definitely stay here again!
