Nancy at the front desk was always very pleasant and helpful. Always inquired if we needed anything. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Rooms were clean but house keeping was spotty. Just a couple of small things. Needed to ask for toilet paper and towels. When room was cleaned did not make bed, but maybe thats normal. Great location. I do recommend staying here

This place is just strange. The room decor was really unappealing. Plastic, metal, vinyl, loud colors. If I had to give this style a name, it would be Circus-Industrial. The floor was sticky sheet vinyl. The window dressing was a brightly colored, heavy vinyl roller shade, with a lighter weight, damaged roller shade behind it. The bottom sheet on the bed was some kind of nasty synthetic material. There were brightly colored stickers throughout the room, shouting at you in capital letters about some feature that is supposed to be exciting. No coffee maker. No place to hang a hand towel by the bathroom sink. The shower head had some spray adjustment options, but the water sprayed really hard on every setting. I liked the simplicity of this hotel. The service was great, the ladies at the front office were always helpful and I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and I had a good night sleep. The location is a little bit iffy but I guess is close to the freeway and some shopping centers.

The hotel staff is and 11/10, some of the sweetest people you'll meet in the service industry. The cleanliness is top notch and something you never have to worry about. One service desk employee by the name of Cierra is so nice, accommodating and makes sure her guests are comfortable.
