Comfort Suites at Katy Mills

If you’re looking for a budget friendly but still great hotel this is the one! You will not catch me spending more than $100 for less than 15 hours somewhere!!! So we used super to save money and it was great! I stayed here in a king suite with my family! Check in was smooth and the manager on duty was kind and professional! Check out was also smooth! The room is a hotel room. Linens were clean, room was spacious and cooling unit worked great! Elevator was one of the smoothest elevators I’ve ever been on! Breakfast was plentiful like all hotel breakfast, not much different! The high chair they offered was an extra bonus that was nice. Plenty of seating! Will definitely be back!

We stayed at this hotel when my husband had surgery in Houston. We are staying here again after my husband had a follow up appt with his surgeon. One employee was on duty for both stays and deserves special recognition. Trevor is an amazing man! When we stayed here initially, Trevor helped me by getting us a room near an elevator so I could get my husband there safely after his procedure. During this stay 2 weeks later, he remembered us and made sure we were taken care of properly. He even helped us book our next stay in a room suitable for my husband's condition. Trevor is a very caring individual and honestly the most helpful and kind hotel employee I have ever met in my many years of hotel visits. The rooms are accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is acceptable

It's a dump. It's under construction. Scaffolding covering the whole front. We were assigned rooms in the front, with windows blocked by the scaffolding, so no daylight! Furniture was old and junky and saggy and scuffed up, a real turnoff. Refrigerator buzzed so loudly we had to unplug it. That said, the breakfast was tasty. The staff were all nice. But they should have informed us of the construction before booking, and when we arrived they should have offered us other rooms with windows, even if they were not the specific ones we booked. Let us choose.

Rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. The ease of check in was a plus and the location was perfect. Right next to A walmart and many other shoppong places. The breakfast wasn't all that good but everything else was great. Will definitely come again.

The room was spacious and nice but the ac was loud and there was a wet spot on the floor but nice room anyway But the breakfast was great we were there for sports with my team and the breakfast was very filling. The gym was also nice
