Palacio Royale Inn Signature Hotel Katy, Texas 77450

I had a great and wonderful experience from the process of checking in to checking out . My room was spacious and clean I have no complaints at all wonderful staff . Breakfast was a thumbs up i enjoyed it . They also have EV charging stations in the parking lot that's a plus if you a EV . I would stay again and recommend this place to someone.

Everything was perfect, the location, nice people around, room 105 was very clean and smelled good, the breakfast was excellent, but in the morning I found some small cockroaches around my snack that was in the bag. Other than that, everything was very good. Overall I liked it and I will definitely come back.

Check-in process was great. The bed made noise every time I would move in the bed. Room did not have towels but I was able to get the towels quickly.

We went to the wrong hotel, the Palacio Boutique right next door and got redirected to the correct one, Signature. To our pleasant surprise, the Signature hotel was much larger, clean and nicely decorated. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. I had dropped my valued prescription glasses behind the night stand and found out too late after we'd crossed the state line. I was so upset as I heavily relied on these. I called and spoke with AR, the kind gentleman at the front desk, and requested that he mailed them to me when found, and I'd pay for the shipping cost. Two days later, my glasses arrived via FedEx 2-day delivery. I'm so grateful for AR's kindness who was extremely busy manning the front desk that day,

Positive: The size of the room. Negative: Yes. The noise. You can hear everything clearly in everyone’s room while you’re in the hallway. And you can hear the neighboring rooms clearly inside. I didn’t get any sleep due to thinking that the other residents were inside my room.
