Hilton Garden Inn Houston West Katy

I stayed here at this Hilton Garden Inn while visiting some family in the Katy area. To start off, the hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the freeway and tons of options nearby for both food and shopping. When checking in I was greeted by the manager, Kevin. He was very helpful and made the check in process a breeze. Everyone working here was very friendly and Mr. Kevin made sure to follow up with me every time he saw me to make sure everything was to my liking. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I was especially grateful for the free parking and free internet considering those two things cost an arm and a leg at most other hotels. Overall I felt this was an excellent hotel for the price and the service rivaled most 5 star properties I have

This hotel is amazing! They just recently renovated and everything looks so modern and new! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious as well. I love their made to order breakfast and their chefs are always so happy to see you. The staff and manager are so kind and they help you with anything you need. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel when you’re in town!

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston West Katy several times with my family, and I’ve also hosted a successful event there with about 60 attendees, many of whom were traveling in from out of town. Overall, everything ran very smoothly. On the few occasions where minor issues came up, the staff handled them immediately and with a high level of professionalism. It was clear the team is well trained and genuinely focused on providing a great guest experience. Based on my experiences—both as a guest and an event host—I would confidently recommend this hotel. I definitely plan to stay here again and host future events at this location.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. Not to mention that this hotel is The service exceeded our expectations, with every team member being courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly. It really made the experience special. he hotel is also perfectly located, right next to the mall and surrounded by great shopping and dining options in Katy, which made everything incredibly convenient. A big thank-you to the manager and staff, who went above and beyond to make sure our visit was memorable. Their care, attention, and commitment to great service truly stood out. We’re grateful to the entire team for such a great stay and will absolutely be returning.

Positive: The lady at the front desk was compassionate and friendly. The two workers at breakfast went above and beyond for a buffet style breakfast as well. Negative: I had expectations that the restaurant would have been designed with a closed setting rather than an open format in the lobby.
