Hilton Garden Inn DFW Airport South

I stayed here in December of 2025 for a conference, the Prancing Pony Podcast Moot, and it was a wonderful experience! The room was huge, and well furnished, with excellent amenities. I didn't have a ton of time to use it, but the TV was particularly impressive, with easy access to streaming services, and great Internet speed. In terms of a conference venue it was also fantastic. Spacious rooms, surprisingly comfortable chairs (important considering how much time you spend in them), and the food provided was good. Hotel staff was also fantastic, especially the front desk staff who handled a number of questions I had both before and during my stay. Great place to stay and wonderful service! Angelina helped my group out in a bind when we left Embassy Suites across the street. She advised that the other hotel had numerous issues and at 3am she solidified over 20 rooms for our group. The next morning I had the pleasure of speaking with Victoria who was very sweet and accommodating. 6 stars to both of them! The night desk clerk was rude and gossipy, but the hospitality and warm reception we received from Angelina and Victoria negated the small time we spent with her.

The manager, I believe her name was Jacqueline, went table to table introducing herself and checking on guests. That’s something you don’t usually experience at a hotel, and it made the atmosphere feel incredibly warm and welcoming. Laura was great as well. Truly a 10-star experience!

I stayed here for one night for a business trip and it was a great experience. The hotel felt clean, updated, and well cared for. Check in was quick, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom is on the smaller side but exactly what you’d expect for a quick-stay hotel and totally functional.||The lobby had a little store with sandwiches, drinks, snacks, and anything you might need for a work trip, which was really convenient. I didn’t use the shuttle or the restaurant, but the location itself is excellent. It was only a six minute drive to the DFW rental car return, which made my morning incredibly easy.||My only small critique is the $3 charge for an in-room room-temperature bottle of spring water.
