Tru by Hilton Hagerstown

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It is only about three weeks old. Our check-in went smoothly. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed, in particular, has a really nice mattress/blankets. The hotel has excellent amenities, including a small indoor pool, a gym, and breakfast. Highly recommend.

My stay at this new hotel has been amazing. The staff here are very friendly. There is one Front Desk Agent, Tylisa, who is a true problem solver and takes Customer Care to a whole new level. I watched her jump into action to resolve an elevator issue, yogurt machine, and the battery for the ADA pool lift all in a short time span. She makes coming to this hotel worth it! I pray she is quickly promoted through this company.
