Courtyard by Marriott Hagerstown

This property was excellent. Everyone was so nice and sweet, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great as well. Will be coming back again. Thank you!

I had a very pleasant stay and experience at this hotel. I felt safe as a lone traveler. My room was quiet, bed was comfortable and water pressure is decent. Front desk was friendly and very nice. Parking was okay, the sign reads Springhill Suites but it is the Courtyard parking lot. I liked the convenience and good service at the Bistro, ate there twice and both times were very good. I did not have breakfast, but it is not free. My next stay a few weeks later, this hotel was not available, but I will continue to check them first and happily stay again.

From the best location for our trip, to the excellent restaurant food and service, to the person who found that I left my pillow behind and called the desk to stop us before leaving, this Courtyard Marriott experience was absolutely lovely! The staff is warm and genuinely welcoming.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. However the room wasnt completley clean. Bed and floor we clean ,but the shower was not and all trash wasnt emptied out of the room. Shower had a used bar of soap in it and hair still in the shower from the previous guest. Shampoo was about empty. Made me feel as if the rest of the room wasnt very clean. I booked this hotel as well bc I saw they had a hot tub, pool, and bar. Went down to check it out and hot tub was empty and out of order and pool was full but you could not use it .From the pictures for the hotel the bar was not what I expected. Not many options and very cold in the lounge area. Not many options for the food menu as well. Was looking for a nice couples weekend that turned out to not be as great as I had planned. While the hotel lobby looks nice, when we first entered the hotel the smelled dirty mop the rooms need work the bed was to hard and the set up was hard to watch TV from bed and the elevators need work while there one was out of service and then as we finished unloading our car the other broke shortly after we went up to our room. We weren't impressed with the food choices.
