Hampton Inn Hagerstown-I-81

I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Hagerstown I‑81! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well‑kept — exactly what you want after a long day of travel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when I’m in the area.

Great experience in every way. They offered me free chips and a coke at check in. They also had microwavable meals for purchase which made life a little bit easier after a 10 hour drive. Clean rooms, in and out with good nights rest and a warm breakfast.

This was just a quick overnight stop for us on a roadtrip last night. Incredibly easy on-off location from I-81. Plentiful parking. Front desk staff very kind, both at check-in and check-out. The hotel has been updated. Tasteful, modern decor in lobby and halls. Room and bathroom also updated. Room and public areas very clean. Very spacious bathroom. Mattresses were quite comfortable, especially for the low room rate. Included breakfast was fantastic. Ray and Patricia were working and constantly replenishing food and were very friendly. Breakfast area was immaculate. Offerings included hot cooked oatmeal with all the toppings, a fantastic fresh blueberry and strawberry salad, yogurts, cereals, bagels, breads, scones, muffins, etc, and maple sausage, potatoes, cheese omelettes, and a waffle

Positive: The wonderful staff. From the minute you walk in until you leave the staff are amazing. Always so happy 😊 Negative: Just wish the shower heads were different. Hard to adjust

Driving from New England to Tennessee and needed a hotel at around the half way point. Arrived late at night and the woman working was wonderfully pleasant. The room was clean and quiet and the mattress was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel mattress. The next morning we had plenty of hot water and water pressure and the included breakfast was fresh and hot. The fruit bowl was strawberries and blueberries and the hot station was kept up with flavorful western omelets and sausage patties. We liked the hotel so much that we booked our return layover before checking out. The hotel is about a half a mile off of the I81 and is right next to a gas station and a few other food options.
