Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hagerstown by IHG

Sparkling clean and quiet hotel! We had a great one night stay. Front desk staff weren’t super friendly, but they checked us in and had our two rooms close to one another already. Breakfast/lounge staff was very friendly and nice to our kids, which was appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay, slept very well in comfortable beds. The rooms are updated with new bathrooms, and sleek modern bedroom fixtures. The lighting options were well thought out, and there was enough storage space for our family. Located right by some good restaurants and stores within walking distance should you like to walk. Pool water was so warm and the kids had a lot of fun in it. Thank you for having us!

This was my first stay at this hotel. Nyk at the front desk was amazing!!! He was kind and funny and helpful in getting us checked in quickly and telling us about the hotel amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while there and both were clean and HOT! The room was clean and spacious. We were in a 2 queen with pull out couch. This hotel has plenty of parking and close to many restaurants and delivery food.

This was our second time visiting the area for a sports event and this hotel was a much better choice than our last. Clean, bright, and comfortable for our group. The pool area was large enough for our team to enjoy cooling off, and the seating area in the lobby was just convenient and sparking clean. Smooth check in and great location. Even the coffee was good! Would stay here again for sure.

My shoes were stolen from my room while I was at work. I assume it was maid service because it was the only day I had asked for my room to be serviced out of my total 3 night stay. My empty coffee cup was still on the counter, but my gym shoes swiped. Im glad I had used the safe for other more valuable items, but those were $200 sneakers and completely unacceptable. Ill be asking for a reimbursement but not sure how long that will take. I will update this later if resolved appropriately....so be careful or put the sign on your door.

Overall a great stay but it took about a 1/2 hour to get extra towels. Apparently there was an issue getting into the storage room. It took 3 employees. There needs to be a fan in the bathroom! Rooms are spacious. Very easy access on and off the highway.
