Hampton Inn Hagerstown

We travel and stay in hotels. This hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at. It smelt so fresh. The rooms were pristine. The beds were comfortable and it was amazing to be able to control the thermostat in the room to truly be comfortable. Thank you for such a great stay. My only issue was breakfast. I’m allergic to green peppers and i could only eat the bagels or waffles. No eggs or anything associated close to the egg omelettes.

We used this hotel as a rest stop for a one night stay during our travels. The Hotel is very nicely renovated on the inside, and they are still working on the exterior renovations. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is very clean. There is plenty of onsite complimentary self parking on the property. ||We were given room 315 during our stay a two bed type room. The newly designed furniture has a kind of not so great set up, the TV has a small ledge on it and there is no desk in the room but instead has a small round table and two very awkward oversized chairs. The Mini Microwave and Mini Refrigerator console is strangely put on the side wall by the bed, and the bathroom is right next to the other bed. The bathroom was good with nice counter top space and a place to put your toilet

Positive: The staff was very friendly and out going. Took the time to talk to me when I had questions about the area. I love how you had the shampoo conditioner and soap in shower Makes it so much easier.I would definitely stay here again. Food/coffee was delicious Negative: None

I've been to many hampton inns. My hotel stay here left a lot to be desired.. and was a step below the other one's I've been to. There was orange mold stains in the shower and a make up mark in the shower too. The "bath" towels were tiny and didn't even cover half of my body. The shower barely got warm even at the highest temperature setting. The plugs next to the bed and were so close together I could not plug in more than 1 thing. In the morning, I arrived for breakfast at 0615 am (it starts at 0600). All of the "hot" food was basically cold, the fruit was all rotten. Even the fruit salad selection was slimy and I did not trust it to eat it. The facility has a really nice fitness center, I'll give them that. There is a nice selection of snacks to purchase. The staff were kind enough. But

I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for an stress-free, comfortable stay, I highly recommend this location. There was a question about the credit card on file and my mother-in-law became very confused about it. I wasn’t but that another story. Scott, at check-in, was very patient with my mother-in-law and her chaotic energy. Kudos to a kind staff and nice breakfast.
