Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Hagerstown

Excellent as always. First of all shout out to dawn and Zac, dawn greeted me even though I got there very early in the morning she was so friendly and understanding she greeted us with a friendly face. The room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, and especially the bathroom was well stocked with towels and even hadextra rolled beneath the sink. There's a nice gym and even a pool. When I got to breakfast it was quite busy but the gentleman (zac) kept everything well stocked and clean while helping the guests all by himself, ive been coming to this hotel for years and look forward to breakfast because of him so glad I got his name. The housekeepers are all very friendly too I needed extra toilet paper and soap and they did not hesitate. Best hotel in hagerstown I highly recommend this f

This is a so so hotel! If you just need a place to lay your head and go about your business elsewhere in town! The staff aren’t friendly, they just there robotically answering your questions! No customer service excitement, no interest, just doing a job for these staff! No frills or bells or whistles! Almost bored if you ask me! Look, I wasn’t expecting them to do cartwheels or anything, but show some excitement! How am I supposed to be excited to be here when the hotel staff don’t seem excited either??! We stayed 5 days and I had to keep calling down for housekeeping daily! I admit I took down the ‘do not disturb’ sign later in the day, so I called front desk around 2pm like ‘can housekeeping please come by’, and she said she was sending them! Nobody came! So I called back at 4pm like h

Positive: Location, close enough to the highways, and restaurants, and stores, the room itself was nice and spacious, clean. Negative: Parking was different as there were many trucks and other consuming the spots close to the hotel. The additional parking spaces were not too far from the hotel.Checking in and out there were only 2 carts available, so there was a bit of a wait.

We stopped here for an overnight stay while traveling. The check in was easy and the desk clerk was pleasant. The room and bathroom were roomy. The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were terrible. The bathroom good have used a little TLC…there were hairs on the floor and the shower floor did not look clean. The breakfast was a little above average and well stocked…the oatmeal was a little clumpy. The bagels and banana nut muffins were good. All of the common and breakfast area were very clean. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and there’s not much close to hotel. It is convenient to highway so there is some road noise. We did have to laugh that the tv was welcoming someone named “Susan” and popped on at 6:40 in the morning to tell “Susan” Bon Voyage …nice touch if that’s

The Hotel is in a quiet location close to I-70. We booked a one bedroom room on Jan 2, 2026. The staff at check-in was friendly and efficient. The room really is not a one bedroom because there is no door to the sleeping area. It is just one large room. It had a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke. Housekeeping did not check the body wash bottle in the shower and I went in the shower only to find it was empty. Fortunately I had my own body wash. My 8 year old granddaughter forun a stink bug crawling on the carpet near the pull-out sofa and crushed it with her water bottle. Stink bugs manage to find ways into building to stay warm so I can't blame the hotel for this. The room was quiet allowing us t get a full night sleed but in the morning you can hear other doors banging closed. The
