Tru by Hilton Frisco Dallas

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. To be honest, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. 1. Room Condition The cleanliness of the room was not good. The desk and chairs were not clean that I had to wipe them down myself with wet tissues before I could even use them. 2. Dishonest and Inconsistent Staff There were several issues with my reservation, and every time I spoke with a staff member, I received a different story. It was clear that some of the information provided was intentionally misleading. Even the booking agency I used mentioned that they had never encountered a hotel with such unprofessional communication. In addition, the employees don't seem to have the will to actively resolve customer issues. 3. Poor Va

Terrible! Don’t even think about it. I will preface 1 worker was really nice and helped with moving our first room (dirty, tv didn’t work, no hot water, window shades broke, literally a clump of hair stuck to the ceiling and probably missing something). Only 1 working elevator. Breakfast ran out super early. The lady hollered to the whole breakfast area (from the front desk), “don’t come up here with any more issues. We don’t have any management here and nobody running breakfast. It is what it is. Also, the trash cans are overflowing and I can’t get to it” this was about 8:30am with at least 1hr to go.

Positive: "" Negative: No microwave in room, no trash or towel bin at pool. Being next to sports bar, elevator was very slow and made scary sounds, only one elevator working

We have been guests since Thursday and today I was told that I cannot have a late checkout time even though my coworkers got one! We brought a lot of business over the weekend, but we did not feel front desk customer service was very helpful. When we checked in we were asked to hand in a credit card for incidentals even though we had an authorization on file. The person at the front desk was not nice nor tried her best to help us. After a 10-15 minutes everything was sorted out because another hotel employee stepped in to help. During my stay, there were loud noises from the neighboring rooms and the phone in my room did not work. I had to come downstairs several times to ask for help at the front desk. Most times there was no one at the desk! Today, I was told there is no late check

Jana was the most helpful and friendly front desk lady iv had in a very long time staying at Hiltons. Though other experiences were not the best but she made this one great, kinda changed my perspective on Hilton. Stay was good and felt very comfy.
