Drury Inn & Suites Dallas Frisco

Wonderful service. Clean and quiet rooms. I have never left a review for a hotel, as all hotels over the years have just been a series of disasters. My stay at this Drury is the best hotel experience I have had. The happy hour served as more than enough for my dinner, which was a great added touch. The two women who greeted me at check-in were amazing. They inquired as to my dog I was pulling in a wagon and we discussed his orthopedic surgery scheduled the next day. They gave him some much-needed attention and pets. The next day, they remembered to ask how his surgery went and how he was doing. But then, one of the women asked me how I am doing / feeling and holding up through all this. Seems like a small thing but in today’s world, empathy and caring is almost nonexistent. Based on that,

Positive: The desk clerk was kind and engaging. She placed our son's family across the hall from us so we were close to our granddaughters. How very sweet!The bed was extremely comfortable with cozy pillows and a light but warm comforter. Negative: Another hand towel rack would be nice and the hot water diminished in the morning. The individual shampoos and conditioners were missed, but we understand the need to cut costs.

The 9th floor has the pool, the gym, and even a terrance to see outside. Staff were very helpful with questions. There was hardly any loud noise through the nights we slept. The room was clean and pretty affordable for such an amazing location. The atmosphere was very nice. The location of the hotel makes it within walking distance of a few places to go visit with only being a short drive to Grapevine Tx.

Best hotel I've stayed at especially for the price. All the staff are very nice and take excellent care of the rooms and building as a whole. They have a soda fountain and popcorn included all the time as well as complimentary breakfast, dinner, and 3 free alcoholic drinks from the bar per person each day. Indoor pool and spa was a plus. Highly recommend and will now be sure to seek out a Drury Inn on my next trip!

Very happy with our 2 night stay. Our room was ready on time and they placed us on the quiet side of the building. Beds were very comfortable, evening snack bar had plenty to qualify for a meal. Nice hot breakfast. Location us close to everything you could possibly want! Wonderful first time Drury experience!
