Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Frisco

The absolute best hotel you can stay at in North Texas! The staff is incredible. 10/10. Brandon, Xavier, and the crew at the desk are the sweetest most accommodating crew I’ve been around. I can’t say enough about how incredible they are. And I am an Ambassador Member with Marriott, so I’ve stayed hundreds of nights in hotels yearly, and see crews all around. This is the best! Also, wow, the Bistro Team rocks! Jeni and the team in the Bistro have me addicted to their food, especially this breakfast bowl I get at least once per week now! They customize it to fit my needs, and it comes out perfection every time. They are so sweet and pleasant, and truly take care of me each time! Even if I come in right before closing. Which I try not to do, haha, but man their food rocks! STAY HERE! Trust

This hotel has a nice and new feel. Friendly staff and good location. Rooms were quiet and most importantly CLEAN. We will definitely stay here again!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent interaction at your property. I have stayed at this location multiple times while transitioning to Dallas and have consistently had positive experiences. However, this recent situation left me feeling unsettled. My vehicle was temporarily left on the property after I arranged for a transport company to retrieve it and deliver it to my new downtown residence. Unfortunately, the transport company failed to pick up the vehicle and did not notify me, which resulted in management contacting me. Once I was notified, I immediately worked to resolve the situation and reached out to multiple people for assistance. During our fifth stay in the past year at the Courtyard Marriott in Frisco, we had a very disappointing experience with the front desk. Jennifer, who was working during our stay, was consistently rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. After requesting a room refresh at 7:30 a.m., we were told it would be taken care of, but nothing had been done when we returned at 1:30 p.m. Despite follow-up calls and reassurances from both Jennifer and the on-duty manager that someone would come “in a few minutes,” no service was provided for over an hour. When we raised our concerns in person, Jennifer appeared defensive rather than apologetic. Although the manager apologized and said the matter would be addressed, the lack of professionalism and customer service from the front desk left us extremely disappointed.

This is new facility, with brand new room interior. The size of the room was enough for my family with 2 teenage kids. Wish the breakfast would have been complimentary. The location is awesome with several great restaurants around. Several India joints around!
