Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Frisco

My wife and I had a 3-night stay here this past week. Hands down this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a good while. From the friendly staff at the desk, to those working the breakfast area (Thanks, ladies!), to the room cleaning team, we met nothing but smiles and positive attitudes. The whole place was super-clean, and our room was fantastic. The entire hotel is well-built, so very quiet for us, even when major thunderstorms rolled through. From reading previous reviews, sounds like they went through a major renovation relatively recently. Whomever was hired did a great job. Most renovations are halfway, but this one was tasteful and all looked really great. Very solid breakfast offerings (better than most) made it that much better. Thanks to all for the great stay!

I am very attentive to detail and took the time to inspect every area, including the mattress, linens, and surrounding spaces. The hilton policy on incidentals is so strict they wouldnt let me stay there even though I already paid for the room in advance. My ID and Credit card are different names as me and my wife share a bank account. Had to cancel and go to the Hyatt across the street. They had no such problems. Its a BS rule, that clearly helps no one, Hilton lost money, I lost my time. Hyatt was the only one who won here.

Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant experience! The housekeeping at this hotel was phenomenal making sure all areas of the hotel and room were spotless and smelling fresh, and that was a huge priority for me. Great location, plenty of walking areas nearby and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are comfy even having their own room and door. Highly recommend!

Newly remodeled and the rooms are modern and clean. Front desk team is helpful and kind. Easy access to freeways for Plano and Dallas. Breakfast was included and the food was good with multiple options. Of course I had to have my waffle shaped like Texas.
