HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection

Our stay was perfect! Room was clean and well kept. Hotel and room decor was up to date and pleasant. Bar and bar staff was great. We had breakfast two mornings and the food was perfect and well plated. All staff was great and went welcoming and made us feel happy. You and your staff gets high marks from us, and we are seasoned travelers. We would definitely recommend and if in the area again will stay with you again.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and attentive. The facilities, especially the pool and fitness area, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was good, though there’s room for improvement with the variety. Location-wise, it’s convenient and close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. A few minor issues here and there, but nothing that really impacted the experience. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a good value stay.

This relatively brand new hotel is exceptional. One would obviously expect that a new Marriott Autograph hotel would be luxurious, and this one certainly is. But what makes this particular hotel stand out is the outstanding customer service. The valet parking is the BEST that I have ever experienced at a hotel. All of the employees go out of their way to make sure everything about your stay is satisfactory. I should add that the fitness center is in the top tier. It’s like a commercial gym. I highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay. The reserve floor truly had a resort-like feel, and the room itself was beautiful. The high ceilings added an extra touch of luxury that made the space feel open and upscale. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding. Mobile check-in made the entire arrival process easy and seamless. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay, and the location couldn’t have been better. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding service from the moment I arrived! There’s nothing better than walking into a hotel and smelling that fresh, clean scent - that immediately makes you feel like you’re on vacation! After a long day, I was greeted by Venus at the front desk. She was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed so I could get a good nights rest - customer service at this hotel is top notch! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is my absolute favorite hotel in Frisco, TX!
