Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star

The hotel was great! Valet service was fast and easy. Making our check in super quick. The staff was extremely professional and friendly and the rooms were very well kept. Checkout was done via email, so everything was efficient. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and bars! Even though i'm a 49ers fan, I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. We got a corner room which had amazing views. The housekeeping staff left us a little surprise each evening. They had a “make your own bouquet” event and I enjoyed them my whole stay. Lulu was friendly and engaging. What a neat extra! Even when there was a mistake with a room key, Miranda at the front called to check on me and sent a bottle of wine. We love the location and easy access to restaurants. We look forward to our next stay!

Positive: The staff from the front desk, valet and bellhop. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! Negative: The beds and pillows were pretty awful. Bring your own pillow.

I really love this hotel! I have strayed here 3 different times about 3 nights each. I stay in a corner suite and I feel like royalty with the big spacious room, comfortable bed and the huge tub that over looks outside. I had a minor surgery and am recovering and they have been so accommodating to me. The room service is so nice, with many great options. I don’t even have to leave my room and can recover in peace. This is probably one of my favorite hotels.
