Everyone that worked the front desk was very kind to me! The hotel is clean, neat and organized! Awesome coffee and breakfast! I was totally bummed there was no microwaves in the rooms, but learned at check out that they actually have one downstairs you can use!! I love the ice and water machine! Always had clean towels! My only complaint is how thin the walls are. You can hear everything and conversations very clear. I would recommend turning the air conditioner on constant fan when sleeping to drown out some noise! It helps!|Laura at the front desk is AWESOME! Such a kind spirit and full of smiles! I would recommend staying here!

My house is in Kentucky, but my heart, and home currently reside in Rock Hill SC. Love staying at this hotel when I’m in town. The staff is always warm, and welcoming. The front desk staff (Nadya) is very professional, and has a big smile on her face every time I see her. Always makes me feel welcome. The atmosphere here is magical. Breakfast is great, rooms are always nice and clean. It’s the best place in the area to stay if you are passing through!

I recently stayed at this hotel for thanksgiving and I was genuinely impressed by how spotless everything was from the moment I walked in. The lobby smelled fresh, the hallways were tidy, and my room was absolutely immaculate, no dust, no stray hairs, and the linens looked crisp and perfectly clean. A special shoutout goes to Janet, who was incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay. She checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure the room met the highest standards. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out and made the experience even better. Overall, if you care about cleanliness and friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be returning! The coffee is also amazing!

We stayed at this hotel for a short work trip and it was everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and close to a lot of things. It was quiet and clean and had a decent breakfast as well. Laura was very helpful in making sure our stay was perfect.
