The TLDR of this place is that it's much nicer than the price would have you think. The staff here are very friendly. Everything from the lobby to the elevators to the rooms are very clean. As for the room itself, I had a 1-King room and while the room itself is small, it still felt cozy with everything I needed, including a safe, mini fridge, large mirror, a HUGE TV, and a large window with a blackout curtain. The bathroom is actually quite large with plenty of counter space and a spacious walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The only downside of the room was that storage space was absolutely minimal, there's no closet and just a couple of bench seats with storage cubbys underneath; and also 8 coat hooks around the room with couple of hangers. We love this hotel. They have great customer service, and it has always seemed very clean. Our dog is always welcome. We like the breakfast setup! Plenty of options and it seems somewhat fresh. This hotel is a great value! After staying here twice and deciding to give it a great review, I was surprised to see many negative reviews! I guess to each their own.

The hotel great rooms great . But when I called reservations I was told that there was no incidental deposit so I was surprised when I went to check in that it was $50 so I was lied to just to get me to book a room. So it came around a $171 i understand that its refundable but thats is insane to be lied to. And that i might not get my $50 back for 7 business days. And then for $171 I expected breakfast to be better than what it was no waffles very small selection was disappointed

We had never heard of Avid before, but we're so glad we discovered this brand! The rooms are spotless and thoughtfully designed in a clean, minimalist way that truly enhances the stay. Plus, they use Dove products in the bathrooms—I just found my new favorite Dove lotion and will be purchasing it ASAP! One of the most unique aspects of our visit was seeing the hotel lobby amenities actually being used. It was such a fun and lively atmosphere, with guests ordering take-out and enjoying meals at the tables. Some guest were even utilizing the tables for a sewing group project, while others were watching cartoons on the lobby TVs. We also took advantage of the outdoor seating, where we relaxed with a few beers and great conversation—an unforgettable experience!

I don't stay at Avid locations often but I am not ever disappointed. Firstly, Diane was amazing and extensive warm, personable and inviting. She most assuredly made me feel welcomed. She also hooked me up with a room just around the corner from the elevator. My room was chilled to perfection when I walked in. It was also very clean and my bed was AMAZING!! I most definitely recommend this location for other travelers needing a place to kick up their feet after a long travel.
