Motel 6 Fort Mill, SC - Charlotte

My stay here wasn't the best as far as rhe rooms go. But the customer service was amazing. Mrs. Shaquasia made me feel ar home and made my stay alot more peaceful. She helped me through the process of booking online again because my reservation didnt show up in the system. Due to the fact that the third party i booked through didnt have it in there system. I was a lil irritated but she helped me all the way through. She told me she was new to working there at the front desk, but I couldnt tell by the way she handled the pressure of helping me, checking guest in, and handling issues she had with other guest. She definitely did her part very professionally. So I really appreciate Mrs. Shaquasia.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Ana is always smiling and pleasant. It's hard being away from home, but they sure make you feel at home.They even pass out treats to ur dogs lol. We stay allover the United States and we have seen and dealt with it all. I would totally recommend this Motel 6. It's clean and affordable. Very pet friendly.

Monet and Anna were fantastic. Nothing short of superb. Monet helped me extend my stay instantly. My TV was acting up, maintenance was there in a split ti replace it. Mary had my room spotless. The entire staff was always warm and welcoming. At Motel 6 you get a great room for a great price, but in all sincerity, you get so much more! Sometimes you get way more than what you pay for!

Probably one of the grossest establishments I have been to in my entire life. Upon arrival, the smells of raw sewage and marijuana hit you in the face from the moment opening the lobby doors. I’m a single mom and was traveling with my son after a day at Carowinds and made my reservation with confirmation with Expedia.com. I was informed by the front desk that my room had been given away, I wasn’t the only guest there dealing with this. They had no other rooms for me or the other guests. I was given an email to give to Expedia.com for the cancellation so I could get my money back but the smell was so toxic inside the lobby, that I had to step outside to finalize the cancellation. The new manager was very friendly and communicated well. She made sure to place me in the best room available. The room was clean and comfortable. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service.
