Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Fort Mill, SC

This is by far the nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed in and for this level of hotel you won’t find any that are better. The hotel itself is clean and immaculate. Rooms are modern and spacious. All staff we came into contact with were incredibly nice and welcoming from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel is located in a wonderful development with quaint shops, restaurants and bars right outside the door. We were here for a soccer tournament and it is super convenient to all the fields in the area. Short drive into Charlotte for shopping at Southpark Mall. Took us about 15 minutes to get there. We will be back.

Amazingly clean room and fantastic customer service. I’ve never felt more cared for by a housekeeper than Quaa. She left us a sweet note and too great care of our room. Hard to find caring and hard working people these days. Great job Marriott! You found a gem!

We were greeted with sincere kindness upon check-in. The rooms are very well designed in the space with great bathrooms/showers. Comfortable bed. We observed a small incident at the bar with a guest and the bartender did a great job of diffusing the situation and acting accordingly to ensure that the other guests were able to enjoy their time. The front desk was also very kind in helping us to get toothpaste (which we forgot to pack). Overall great experience.

I've been staying here since they opened. My most recent visit is the only the 2nd time I've been disappointed. The room felt like the room attendant, room inspector, and engineer were just in a massive hurry. There was a used spoon in the chair and the small tray at the chair was dirty.....perhaps whatever had been on the spoon was on the tray 🤔. The cabinet housing the fridge & microwave were dirty. Visible splatters were on the cabinet on the inside & near the coffee maker. The bathroom had splattered walls and a questionable stain on the wall beside the toilet. The furniture in the room looked very scuffed. I didn't complain because it was a quick overnighter with my child for an appointment. I've always loved this property for the service & spa like feel. The location is also awesome

Lovely hotel. Staff was great! Betty was the best, personable & professional! Cal was really nice at the bar too. Its always refreshing when the folks that are the face of the hotel are friendly. The room was clean, except the giant glob of goo on our window. Not sure why it wasn't cleaned. Also the AC unit made some loud noises during the night, which after a long drive was frustrating. I advised front desk and they said they'd address and were sorry. I'd stay again, hopfully other rooms wouldnt have AC issues. Maintenace needs to service on a regular basis. Location & staff were great.
