I was sent to work In Rock hill Sc for two weeks so I got a cabin at Koa. I enjoyed the staff and camp grounds so much when my stay was extended we brought our camper up. The Cabin was nice and roomy and very inexpensive. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they do their best to makes you feel at home. They even volunteered to come in the day after we got 8" of snow and temps were going to drop into the negative numbers to make sure any one who needed it to could get propane. The dogs love the dog park it is always clean and well maintained. The staff is very dog friendly. Most of the staff have taken the time to meet our dogs and Nebula is an office favorite. Local amenities John's place is at the entrance to the park. There is a great food truck, Bar and gas station all together.

This place is okay. I’ll probably keep staying here because it’s the only decent spot nearby, only out of necessity. ||||The staff is just like a helicopter parent, and they are extreme rule followers to a fault. Definitely the preferred experience is “Hey you’ve stayed here before, your site number is X, have a good day!!” But instead it’s about a 20 minute check in every time and they really go through all of the rules every time. It’s just a long and annoying process when you already know the ropes. ||||There are two people on golf carts that pretty constantly patrol and drive past your site slowly inspecting your stuff. I very much feel like I’m in a fish bowl every time I stay here. It is not very private haha. But it does have a dump station, water fill up, power to charge my batteri

Ill go along with the other reviews that mention "ghetto" Basically a big parking lot, in our case it had rained so it was a muddy parking lot. Did I mention the sirens Ive been hearing since we pulled in an hour ago? The worst part was the cost. $70 for a site with no sewer hookup in a muddy parking spot is basically gouging campers that need a place to stay. In hindsight I would have gone a half hour out of the way to stay at a harvest host or even a wal mart parking lot. The owners may be super nice people as have been mentioned but im not staying at their house. We have stayed at multiple KOAs all over the country and this one of only two I would give this poor a review. **update** to add insult to injury, the dump station isnt open before 10am when the office opens. We had to dump at

Great location to pull off I-77 for a night or 2. Owners are incredibly kind and even stayed a little late to help us into our site when we arrived later than anticipated. Top notch hospitality . NOTE: Try to arrive before rush hour. There is construction & the exit/ intersection just before the KOA is super busy and we sat in traffic for close to 20 min.

Office staff nice. Guide to our site very nice. Overnight sites are ok. Very close together. You have to drive through overnight sights to get to a permanent mobile home park, small community and 2 junk yards. Constant traffic. Permanent residential area is packed in and not well maintained. No cable TV or WiFi despite what is advertised.
