Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Mill

Had a great experience at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and joyful. The breakfast was delicious. It’s a convenient stop when driving from NY to FL. My pets were welcomed with a gift bag. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

Positive: Location Negative: Night person on duty very inexperienced. Poor maintenance. Bathroom sink was leaking all over countertop.

Miguel at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and professional. The room was really clean and comfortable. The location is ok but there are some decent places to eat nearby. It’s silly there are no sidewalks to get to the restaurants but I reckon that’s not the hotels fault.

This Hampton Inn is hidden behind a Lowe’s Home Improvement store, so it was pretty quiet. There are loads of restaurants nearby, with a few within walking distance. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast typical Hampton Inn date, though they did’t have the bold caffeinated coffee, just decaf. We had a studio room that was large, but spare. There was a desk with a chair and a sofa, but little else. It could use another chair and a bureau. They only clean the rooms every other day, so be aware that your trash builds up. Our room had a shower with a tub. The water pressure was good. |Overall a very pleasant stay. We’ll stay here again in the future

***Not sure how this Hampton has a 4.5 rating when there have been so many negative reviews over the past year. While we appreciate the response on this review from this Hampton Inn. Asking us to call is quite idiotic. We've called many times and was always told that the manager, @lli$on, would call us back. It never happened. Why is it different now? Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Fort Mill was incredibly disappointing. The hotel itself is just “okay” — not the nicest, not the worst — but the customer service and billing experience were completely unacceptable. We asked to have our room charges placed on our corporate credit card and the pet fee on our personal card. Instead, they charged the pet fee to BOTH cards.
