Tru by Hilton Easton

Tru by Hilton Easton was good - a nice place to stay while visiting the area. Rooms are clean with no storage but hooks on the wall and some space under the beds for luggage. TV's are nice and big and the beds are comfortable. The staff is exceptional - always willing to help or answer questions. The breakfast is fantastic with a super nice attendant who made sure my pancakes were made just right. I appreciated the large parking lot, the lounge areas and the large showers with good pressure and hot water. AND they're pet-friendly, so I believe my Shih-Tzu had a nice stay. Not super fancy but a real nice place to rest. We will stay here again when we're up this way.

Good hotel and clean but amenities are not on par with other tru hilton like the game room and breakfast which was decent but without the wow factor that you would have on other tru by hilton. Some of the items of the breakfast buffet were actually cold. Besides that is a good hotel with room for improvements

Room was nice but small. It was only overnight so wasn't a problem. I wish we got there earlier though so we could of tried more amenities. Has a pool table but no sticks. Luckily we had our own with us because that is the reason I picked this particular hotel. People were hanging in lounge after 10 but we were told we could only play pool until then. It wasn't too big a deal but like I said if we got there earlier I probably wouldn't even of mentioned. Front Desk guy was very polite and took pride in calling all the guests by name and went out of his way to be xtra personable and helpful. Must have a great memory. I feel bad that I didn't catch his so he could be commended on his Great job!

If you need to book for a large group, DO NOT book with this hotel. I had my wedding this weekend and my guests and I stayed at Tru by Hilton Easton. They shut off their outdoor lights on us, refused to turn the fire place back on in 40 degree weather and the front desk clerk (Tim) was absolutely horrible to us. He was condescending, a terrible communicator and so incredibly rude to me and my guests with what should have been a polite and pleasant conversation around the noise. Zero room cleaning for being there for 2 nights and the breakfast wasn’t good either. My only regret to my wedding weekend was booking with this hotel.
