The room we stayed in was so terrible. The pull out bed was broken at the bottom so my kids were basically hanging out the bottom of the bed. Now the two bedrooms were nice except for the fact that the bedroom is was in had an extremely wet floor possibly from the A/C. I called the front desk and all they did was bring me towels. Hopefully your stay is better than mine was.

I normally only ask for my room to be cleaned once during my stay expecting fresh towels and particularly all the trash emptied. When I got to my room after work, the food from the previous couple days was still in the kitchen trash. I make my own bed so that was an extra step housekeeping didn’t need to do. When I mentioned to the front desk that none of my trash hadn’t been emptied they took care of it and offered to compensate me with extra points which never happened. How disappointing of Marriott to treat a long time loyal customer that way.

Positive: We had our dog and housekeeping coming every other day can become and issue because no where to take our pup. They offer no housekeeping the entire stay which helps us. Of course, you just ask for needed things and they accommodate you, no problem. Negative: A lot of “No Dogs on Grass” signs for being a pet friendly hotel.

We chose this hotel while traveling with kids specifically for the extra space and the indoor pool. The room itself was great, very spacious and comfortable for a family, and check in was smooth and easy. Unfortunately, communication fell short during our stay. We were never informed at check in that housekeeping is only provided every other day. The following day, we got everyone ready to head to the pool, only to find out it was closed for maintenance. While the staff did offer access to the indoor pool at their sister hotel, it defeated the convenience of choosing a hotel with an on site pool, especially while traveling with toddlers and kids. They truly made our stay be as comfortable as possible, and accommodated our needs - above & beyond! We started off in a room that had a couple of things that needed to be updated/fixed, and we went straight to the desk to let them know, and they were quick to accommodate and make the changes needed for our stay. They were in the middle of making some updates within the hotel, and also - to anyone who stays at a hotel: Hotel staff doesn't always know exactly which room may have some issues - unless you tell them & make them aware!--So tell them and let them know so that they can make the necessary updates/repairs.
