Quality Inn Easton

I booked a room and I have been here for almost a week. And in the middle of the week, they switched my room. And then as soon as they switched my room. I've been having problems ever since. Having hot water for the shower for the sink. I've been complaining about it. I work overnight. They expect me to wait for a maintenance man during the day. I'm trying to explain to them that, you know, I came here for a room and you guys took my money automatically. I'm a I'm your guest to therefore. I'm asking you for another room. Because there's plumbing issues in this one. Why should I have to pay full price? It's either I asked them, can I please get a new room or can I get a reduced price for having to deal with these circumstances? I'm still waiting for a manager and if she tells me that I have

We had been traveling from Virginia up to Boston. We got very tired and pulled over to the nearest motel with no reservation. Quality Inn was so nice and allowed us to stay. Service was good room was immaculate and continental breakfast was perfect before getting back onto the road, thank you.

My company booked me a room here. I'll never pay for a room here. The room is dirty,I found hair under the mattress,a toenail on the floor,water doesn't get warm or hot enough to use for showering. The toilet is so loose it moves and leaks. I will not be here any longer this is unacceptable. I can't even give it 1 star.

If you're traveling DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I arrived at this hotel after driving over 16 hours during the holiday to handle some family business, arriving on Christmas eve. After having to pay $35 to check in early, I began to unpack my things and myself since the journey had caused a slight health episode that I was hopingt taking my meds and some rest could remedy. When I came in with my service animal, the front desk girl rudely told me my animal was not allowed. I was tired and didn't want to cause an issue so I told her I would make arrangements and the dog wouldn't stay. This hotel gets a bad rap. I was anxious about staying here after reading the reviews. My room was clean and newly renovated. The rest of the hotel is visibly older, but at least the room was nice. The location was quiet, even though it’s off a highway. The staff was responsive and friendly. The WiFi was quick. The breakfast had mostly prepackaged items and waffles, which means it didn’t have as good a selection as other Choice properties that I’ve stayed in, but that’s the only knock I have on it. Highly recommend staying here.
