My family and I first time in PA and I will say this hotel was amazing. The guy who checks us in , Joey, is incredibly kind and helpful. He even remembers your name each time he sees you so it makes you feel very welcomed. The older woman who helps with the dining during breakfast during the week, I didn't get her name but she was kind and helpful as well to my family and I whenever we came to breakfast and we were there plenty lol. Coffee here is always hot ! And the breakfast choices change daily. The room was clean and spacious for our group of 3 and housekeeping does come every other day to keep the room tidy. Only con I have is the walls towards the door are thin so if you happen to be roomed next to rambunctious people , you can hear it. I was told the firepit was closed for the sea

We used Home2Suites in Easton, PA for our wedding block. Allison was wonderful with giving us a tour of the facility and communicating with us to set up a contract to lock in room prices. The front desk welcomed our guests and helped hand out our welcome bags upon guest arrival. It was perfect for our out of town wedding guests and I used my suite for getting ready with my bridesmaids the morning of the wedding.

Positive: Cleanliness, friendly staff, nice amenities in the room Negative: Breakfast quality and options were a step down from a previous stay at another Home2.

You’re better off at a Motel 6. Do not book here unless it is a last resort. Although the room itself is nice, the experience here is bottom tier. The staff are friendly, but lack the ability to problem solve and provide decent guest experience. Our check in was 30 minutes late although we were prompt to check in time. The front desk failed to even let us know when our room became ready. We had to approach the desk, as if they forgot about us. The room was 76 degrees with a broken thermostat our entire stay. We notified the front desk right when we got to the room and left for our activities, leaving them 6 hours to fix the issue before we returned. We have stayed at this location in the past while snowtubing at Blue Mountain. The location is great with alot of stores and food options close by. The room was clean and had a lot of space. Nice full size refrigerator. The pool was small. Very overcrowded and water was very cloudy. As a pool owner I wouldn't let my kid in. Breakfast had a lot of selections but not enough for the amount of people staying. The line for waffle toaster and pancake machines were long . Soo long by time you got to sit down food was cold and needed to be reheated. The complimentary tea,/coffee are was not adequately stocked. The hotel chocolate is kept locked in the kitchen area so you can not have one at night ( suggest bring your own if you have kids who look fwd to it) you have to ask for it during breakfast
