Hampton Inn Easton

For our wedding in September, we chose Hampton Inn- Easton for our block and Margaret, the sales director helped us every step of the way. From the first phone call, Margaret was friendly and informative. We wanted clean rooms at an affordable price and a place to have an after-wedding party. She hit it out of the park. I would definitely recommend booking with her. She and her staff are great.

Good location. Room was bad. Washcloth from last guest was in the shower the entire stay, through two cleanings. The front desk texted me multiple times to ask how my stay was I asked for room cleaning it never happened. Lightbulb out in the room with 4 lights in it, very dark. Outdated. But the bar and bartender were fabulous!!!

The hotel is very clean and quiet, as is typical of Hampton Inns. The pool was nice. The room was well appointed and well maintained. Michelle Danchak, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and reached out to us when a delivery arrived after we had left the hotel to go on to England. She was friendly and really went the extra mile to help us. We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn Easton.

Positive: They changed up the breakfast menu daily! Negative: When first entering the room it had a musky oder and I noticed the bottom of the valance curtain was stained.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked into our room and it smelled of dog and bleach. We asked to be moved and the surly female receptionist would do nothing to accommodate us not a change of room, not a reduction in rate. She only offered to refresh the room even though the windows don’t open. So she offered to spray the room with air freshener. What a dump. And I’m Hilton gold honors. Not sure how they treat the rest of their customers.
