Holiday Inn Express & Suites Easton by IHG

We stayed three nights early March 2026, the price was very reasonable, the staff at the desk was very attentive and very friendly and said hello to us and goodbye every time we walk by. This place understands customer service. The breakfast and the eating area was incredible and the woman who took care of it was cleaning everything every second walking around non-stop. The breakfast is very well stocked with eggs and omelets they have whole milk and skim milk, and they have two coffee makers that offer a 24/7 so you can get coffee anytime of the day or night. The guy who keeps the entire Lobby and hallways and hotel clean I had to ask him if he actually went home the previous day and he assured me he did. Positive: "" Negative: Room could have been cleaner. Same hairs we had on the first day remined there for all days..First room we recived was so stincky we immediatly turn ed back to the recption to replace it.AC was either Heat or Cool so it was either feezing or too hot.

I was very happy with every aspect of our stay here. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and especially liked the backlight from behind the headboard. It was easy to charge all of my family's devices simultaneously and I heard almost no noise from outside our room. The free breakfast is a great perk and the staff were always courteous, wishing us a good evening/morning whenever we left for the day. I would definitely stay at this location in the future!

Anna And Katie are fantastic. The hotel staff were super friendly. Joseph is a super friendly guy. The rooms were very well maintained. They treated me like a member of the family. I highly recommend d this Hotel. They couldn’t have been nicer! Dan.

The location is great. Easy access to to routes in the area. The room was clean however the shower was very weak. My main concern was the staff. Half the staff was very nice however my interaction with the other half was less than expected. I had some rude interactions when asking for a late check out and a minute by minute count down for when the pool closes. I asked for a late check out and the representative behind the counter was nice but a staff member behind her was huh no we can’t do that very bluntly. I understand if it’s not available no big deal but it was rude how it was presented. When my kids were in the pool we had multiple members come in and remind us it closes at 10pm no exceptions. Again I know when it closes I don’t need a constant reminder my family also left well befor
