Have lived here for 16 years and have never had a negative experience w the park in anyway. The major improvements have put the park into a great place high quality place to live. Schools are excellent. I for one see no better...

It’s like a magical place. I can’t even describe it to you. when you drive in, it’s very clean and everybody is very kind. I hope to find a place in there in the spring.

I've lived here for 10+ years and have liked how the community is kind, helpful, and private. There is a well mixed community of young families and retired elderly people. The community is getting better as time goes on as a tight knot community. we try to keep the "riff raff" out to make it safe for the kids. It's in a good school district as well. Can't complain about living here.

We have lived here for 2 years now. It has been an amazing neighborhood to live in. It's nice to live in the individuality having a trailer home while it being located in what feels like an actual neighborhood, rather than a trailer park. It is a clean and quiet atmosphere. The office staff always answer calls/emails promptly. They care about the community environment as well as maintenance repairs in homes or the community. They are improving on a lot of things and just recently paved a new road throughout. We were lucky to rent a beautiful brand new trailer, without any rent increases during these 2 years, at a great price considering the cost of everything in the market right now. We were very fortunate to call this place home for 2 years. It's bittersweet to be moving out soon. Thank y

The most horrible and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. You cast have company cause they will tow there vehicle. When I first moved in was telling the last on the office sir being on HUD and she said "must be nice to have someone pay your rent".
