I didn't interact with many hotel employees. The two I did interact with were friendly. Nice hotel, there is a somewhat mall surrounding the hotel. There are a few eateries like shake shack, Starbucks and a Italian restaurant when you first pull in the area. All in all good place, worth the money.

Positive: Nice big rooms. Negative: No hot tub. You can hear the hallway noise easily.

Easy check in. Nice lobby. Great room. Clean amd comfortable upon entering as well. Nice lay out. Has a "living room" type area in the double bed room. Kitchenette as well. Nice room all around.

We had a very pleasant stay in Perrysburg. The property is very clean and convenient. There are numerous dining choices within walking distance. The breakfast was grab-and-go and was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.

EDIT: Updating my review to 3/5. After contacting the hotel they were able to refund part of my stay due to the room issue. While this was still a rough hotel stay, I appreciate the gesture. This was a disappointing hotel stay. I arrived at the check-in desk just after the 3 p.m. check-in time. I had already checked-in on the Hilton app, but needed to show my ID to get a digital key. There was one person at the desk, but she didn’t look up or greet me. I said hello to her, but she didn’t respond and actually walked away from the desk. Eventually she came back and apologized for the delay. As she began to check me in, she shared that my room wasn’t ready. I asked when it would be and she didn’t know. She offered no alternatives, and at this point I had to the customer service for her and
