Comfort Suites Perrysburg - Toledo South

BEST VALUE IN PERRYSBURG!! I stayed Janruary 19th looks like they have started there renovation and already completed the third floor, We got to stay in one of the renovated rooms. I recently stayed on it and it was actually pretty nice, the rooms look brand new ESPECIALLY THe bathrooms, wish I got a picture but they are really modern. and I loved my stay. the staff were super nice and the hottub was so relaxing.

I knew I had a 7 hour drive on our way to visit our son in the USA so I booked a room with a hot tub to relieve aches and back pain . We got to the hotel at 8 pm or so and went to my room, and it was nice and spacious. I immediately turned on the water for the hot tub and it didn’t come out of the tap, it came slowly out of a shower head type thing. I knew that was wrong so I pushed the button on the shower head thing to stop it and make it switch to the faucet. The button didn’t work so the water continued to slowly come out of the shower head thing. Well I knew it would take 5 hours to fill up the tub, which was impossible so I asked the front desk for help and they told me to push the button, and I told them I already tried that and it didn’t work. Positive: The room seemed very quiet and sound proved from the traffic outside on the freeway and from other rooms, including the hallway. The beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows. We slept very well! We enjoyed the two person shower too. Negative: No there was not. We only hope we have enough time next time to try out the spa tub in our room.

We arrived later in the evening looking for availability We walked in and got a room. After paying for our room. The attendant said the elevator was out of service. My husband and I are both have medical issues that we struggle with stairs. The attendant said there were stairs on each side of the building and excuse the 2nd floor that they were remodeling. Let's just say the stair case were hazardous, we had to walk round giant rolls of carpet, buckets and amount other items. Once in our room the TV and Internet weren't working , called front desk and he came up and fixed it. I went to take a shower and the shower head fell off. Most of the lights in the room either did not work or they were missing bulbs. Another attendant came up to try and fix it. He took pictures of the shower and the

Unfortunately we do not have much positive to say about our stay. The first room that we were given was dirty and the shower was full of mold and grime. The room we were moved to, after showing the front desk guy how gross it was was somewhat better. Still dusty, dirty, and just less shower mold and grime. Our room keys had to be reprogrammed at least 4 times during our 3 night stay. And, the first time we asked for it to be fixed, the front desk person gave us a hard time. Housekeeping never came to empty trash or check for a need to refresh towels or toiletries. After the second night we put the trash in the hall and they did take care of that. During breakfast times on multiple days of our stay, we or other customers had to seek out staff to replenish or take care of breakfast item
