Friendly Village

Deeply disappointed and not alone! This place is a continued joke Do not rent or buy bc they don’t fix anything here. They just take your $ and put in new trailers. Parking for your guests is a hike and that’s if any spots are avail but the street you will be towed. Parties at clubhouses is a major parking problem for residents. Onto snow, the streets are taken care of when they feel like it. Your side street though will not be plowed or salted! My 9 yr old, slipped and fell backwards hitting her head year and then we have another snow and no plow or salt again! Safety of my children walking to and from the bus stop is not important until it is though, right?! Lots of kids here, parents will rally. Now onto spring/fall cleanup dumpsters bc we always got them every year until the last two.

We are in the process of buying a trailer there. The staff is friendly and has listened to us and explained everything. Ana in the office has been amazing and my partner and I have enjoyed working with her. We are looking forward to our move in on March 1st 😊

DONT APPLY TO LIVE HERE! Absolute terrible management, they just want to take your application money and don’t give fair chances to anyone. Management doesn’t give a crap and you have to go through so many hoops just to get ahold of someone in management. Shawn is the most immature, terrible excuse of a manager I’ve ever seen in my life. Do yourself a favor and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

It was such a inconvenience because of weather and being that my driveway was not ready and tracking so much mud into my home and ruining shoes. My shed was not ready so I had to use a different shed behind me which made it terrible because of mud. My driveway should of been ready and I saved this lot since October or November which there was plenty of warm days to do this. I was very unhappy in that situation. My mobile home was very cleaned and in order and I was happy about that.

We have been here for 29 yrs.and my biggest complaint is that our rent keeps going up every year or two but it seems that the problems in our park never get resolved. My wife has called way too numerous times and nothing still gets done. The street lights are out, making the park quite dark in most areas. When she inquired about them, the answer she gets is, it's Toledo Edison's problem and when she has talked to Edison when she sees them in the park, they say it's the park's problem. Yet they are still out! Why is that? Garbage cans outside people's homes...disgusting to say the least! The feral cat problem in the park is out of control. With cans left on the curb, the cats are in and out of the cans and leaving garbage everywhere. I and my neighbor have had raccoons and possums as well.
