Trinity Suites Downtown Dallas

We stayed her for 6 days for a business trip. We paid $80 per night. When we arrived we realized our grave mistake. It is a roach motel. Completely rundown. Unfortunately our stay was nonrefundable. The room was filthy. The sink, the toilet, the floors, the walls, etc. everything was disgusting. Please avoid at all costs. Next time I am in Dallas I will not be staying here. Do not recommend. For $80 you can stay at wayyy nicer places in grapevine or Fort Worth, Fort Worth is only a 30min drive from Dallas.

I booked for a night last minute.. my first room I checked in smelled like pee.. it’s been a while since they have deep cleaned, everything is dirty; curtains, lampshades, bed cover, walls, floors, etc. Ceiling was destroyed from water damage. I don’t think anyone mopped the floors. Another persons hair was on the floor. I asked to change rooms they changed it for me. I got back to my 2nd room about 2 a.m no hot water Luke warm water it was freezing. I called front desk to let them know there was no hot water, I asked for a discount/refund he told me he would not honor it what could he do at 2 am? In the morning when I woke some type of bed bug or roach was smashed on my pj’s. Before I checked out I looked under the mattress pee stains everywhere, the headboard was not cleaned. This pla

Good price, completely updated, even the parking lot. Rooms are modernish with micro/fridge/big flat screen/ wifi. They have king beds only, which were comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom. Night guy was friendly. I felt safe i don't know why some people have problem with the location which is only 5 minutes from downtown at this price for Non Smoking room.Nothing to complain about except no breakfast.Will stay again if the price doesn't change.

Nice and calm motel. During my stay I marked that front desk guy rented a room only to discipline people so everyone can sleep peacefully. Room has all basic amenities like mini refrigerator, microwave (which is generally not getting in even 4-5* motel/hotel) toothbrush, luxury soap and shampoo. Air conditioner is so powerful that I feel cold in outside 110’F temperature. Nice and spongy bed with clean sheets and pillows. I recommend this motel for them who need nice sleep.

Stayed at Trinity Suites for a few nights while visiting family. It was clean and quiet. What always makes a difference for me is the people. The sweetest, kindest ladies were working there. They always checked to see if I needed anything and were wonderful. Was not a luxury hotel but had what I needed and a comfy bed! Close to downtown and easy access to the freeways.
