I had to ask for a different room because the door would not lock properly, and the toilet was backed up. In the new room they gave me, there was a hole in the wall by the bed. The comforters had visible stains. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been fully deep cleaned in a few weeks. One of the nights of my stay, there was a homeless man urinating directly in front of someone’s door.

😊: Close to interstate. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical.. 😢: Bathroom, Toilet took multiple flushes every time. Shower took way too long to get warm(not even hot). looked like water damage or something hadn't been fixed. By the time we noticed these things, it was late in the evening. We went to bed, and left the next morning. Would not choose this one again..

We requested adjoining rooms when we made our reservations because we were traveling with 3 small children to visit family for the holidays. When we arrived there were no adjoining rooms at that hotel. All rooms had exterior doors. It was too late to find somewhere else to stay. But we will not be reserving with them again.

Customer Service needs serious review. The candor and polite are top notch, improper receipts, improperly representing charges. Lack of integrity. These made the stay bad. However the room aside from what the photos reveal, is as follows, broken fridge( replaced), broken microwave. The fact they maintain and clean the parking lot more than the rooms are all subtractors. There are worse places to stay. Keep expectations low. And pay attention to everything you're handed and you'll be fine.
