Savannah South KOA Holiday

Outstanding KOA Experience We’re staying at KOA Savannah South Campground for a few days, and after staying here last week, we were so impressed that we came back again after purchasing our RV from Southland RV. This is truly one of the nicest KOAs we’ve ever stayed at. The campground is extremely well thought out, with a completely separate section for overnight RVers, another area dedicated to long-term RV guests, and—toward the back—nearly a hundred cabins available for monthly rentals. Despite the size, everything is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The long-term sites are especially impressive. While guests clearly personalize their spaces, there is no clutter at all, and the sites are well-spaced so everyone has a comfortable, roomy campsite. The entire park feels clean, org

KOA, I stayed in a well equipped beautiful cabin on the lake. Peaceful, quiet and exactly what I have been looking for. I loved it soo much, I extended my trip another week, they were very accommodating as this is their busy time. I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone who travels.

We booked this camping trip to celebrate our 31st Anniversary! We splurged and got a lakeside site. So beautiful and peaceful, especially when the swans go gliding by! The sites are spacious, the grounds are well kept and clean. I only wish we had a grill or a fire pit! A lot of sites did, ours didn’t. We didn’t use the laundry room or the rec room. Nice little KOA store, I didn’t go, my husband did. The bathrooms are cleaner than Buckees! Showers are small but work well. The campground is right off the interstate so you do get some traffic noise, not bad. There’s also some train noise that I find soothing. No loud blasts in the middle of the night. This KOA is great! The staff was very kind and friendly. Not many campgrounds escort you to your site anymore, but this one does! The gentleman even helped me back-in to my site! The grounds were clean and nice to walk. The restrooms were very clean!!! Overall, we were pleased with our stay, and will return!

Super Clean and Pet Friendly campground! Nice and quiet throughout the week! A little noisier on the weekends when the children are around. A good bit of room between campers. Great little lake with beautiful Swans. Close to I-95 in Richmond Hill, GA
