Best Western Plus Richmond Hill Inn

For the price, I thought this was an amazing value. I andmit I was a tad worried for the price it may not be that great. Employees are incredibly friendly. We were put in a room by the breakfast area, and it was very quiet. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays, and you can tell they take pride in their work. || Breakfast was good with pancake and fresh yogurt machines. There is a machine in the breakfast area that makes a variety of coffees, tea or hot chocolate. Eggs were better than many BWs we stay at when traveling. They also have a noon check out which is practically unheard of at hotelsI. felt like my car was very safe in the lot. It’s not just a good deal for an inexpensive price, it’s a nice place to stay period. We are staying again a week after our first stop

Outstanding hotel that exceeded our expectations. I was afraid that despite some good reviews, the hotel had some issues, like it happened to us just the night before in another place. It is not brand new and indeed a two-star hotel but much better than other three-star hotels. Cozy hall. It was lovely decorated for Christmas. We used it to take some Christmas pics. Spacious and spotless room. No bad odors. We were also greatly surprised by the breakfast: exceeded again our expectations going beyond regular breakfast in this hotel category: sugar-free yogurt with different toppings, among others, fresh blueberries. Bacon & scrambled eggs, much better than the usual combo in other hotels. Very kind staff (front-desk, check-in. He agreed to print a document for us, also the lady during break

The motel accepts dogs under 80 lbs. I think the fee was $30. There is a good, lit, dog-walking space behind the motel with poop dispensers. You cannot leave the dog in the room if you leave the motel (e.g., to eat.). But we were told one of the nearby restaurants allows dogs on its patio. ||The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was decent. Very good scrambled eggs and herbal|tea options. Fairly tasteless turkey sausage patties. White bread, white bagels, some kind of sweet bread product or cake. Pancakes with several toppings . ||We didn’t try the pool. It is a small round space, not a place one could swim laps. But both it and the hot tub were full on the one night we stayed. Families with lots of kids in the pool itself.

Overall a good experience, rooms clean and staff was pleasant. They have a wonderful free breakfast!! All the food was hot and a nice variety to choose from. The hostess Cindy makes sure the trays are full and is continually stocking up everything .Be sure to tip her she definitely deserve it!! My only complaint is the air condition unit was noisy.

My sister and I had an AMAZING time! The staff was fantastic; especially Cindy, our breakfast gal! Not only was she attentive and professional, she was a Ray of absolute sunshine! The POOL, was SO NICE…. the salt water minerals were wonderful on our skin and super relaxing! The only thing missing was a bar! 😁
