Travelodge by Wyndham Salisbury MD

The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. There is no ice, all the ice machines were missing or not functional. In my opinion the room was not clean. There was hair on the bed and in the towels. The bathroom door had a HUGE hole in it that I only noticed when I closed it. The floor had stickers on it from kids?? The water pressure seemed to drop when someone else flushed a toilet. It appears that this location operates under two different hotel names... I have stayed at budget hotels in the past, this was by far the worst.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room was old & worn down. Cigarette stains on the bath tub & toilet. The deadbolt on the door did not work & the chain was not properly secured. Holes in the walls & behind the shower head. Stains on the head board. You could not call the front desk

FALSE advertisement!!! The first room we were given the AIR didn’t work!! The front desk personnel had a problem with moving us to a new room. Thereafter moving into a new room, we relocated into a room that was partially clean. The merry-go-round kept going! What we should have done was LEFT. After finding a halfway decent spot. We asked for housekeeping to visit our room so that we could have more towels and a clean room. Front desk said that it was put in…NOT that was a LIE! Front desk NEVER put in! After returning to the room at 7pm… the room was not done! Went to the front desk to at least get towels and washcloths I was told to go to the laundry room to retrieve what I need… REALLY!!! Went to the laundry, housekeeping stated there were No more towels. Went back to the front, he said

They do not offer breakfast like there suppose to in the price u pay either u don't get house keeping every day like ur suppose to u have people doing drugs in there cars while there are kids out playing around with no parent watching them or nothing like cars come through here like it's not n don't even care about kids playing outside so please do not come here to stay the water half works the floors are nasty there ice machine don't work the vending machine don't work either overall it's nasty I was here back in 2023 the sign was on th3 door n they still haven't fixed the whole place up yet still the same back the. As it is now nothing has been done to the place but over charging people to stay here for a week we paid 500 a week which is way to much to stay in a place like this

Filthy!!!!Poor customer service. Waited 2 hours to get Tv working. No water pressure. Old and dirty. City citation on door. No breakfast no coffee. Loud permanent residents. Seems they didn’t want a visit from ICE.Rather sleep in tent ⛺️. Very afraid of bed bugs. DO NOT USE THEM. Wyndam corporate should be ASHAMED.
