Hampton Inn Salisbury

We only spent one night here but it couldn’t have been better. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The shower was perfect - the best of the hotels were visited on our trip. We had our dogs with us and there was a convenient area to walk them. Overall a great stay.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and both times were wonderful. The room and hotel as a whole were clean and well decorated, and the continental breakfast had a good variety of food options, but what stood out most each time was the staff. Every single worker I talked with or simply passed in the hallway greeted me with a warm smile. The front desk staff were patient and friendly, and even the breakfast attendant asked if she could help me with anything. It was like this both times I’ve stayed there even though my stays were a year apart.

This hotel is very clean, well kept, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and I had no complaints except for the bed. Unfortunately, the bed felt old and rather stiff. Everything else about this place is great.

From the moment we walked in, Kassie at the front desk set the tone for our whole stay. She greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and honestly made us feel right at home before we’d even checked in. You could tell she loves her job and cares about the guests—she was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our double room was spotless and much bigger than we expected. Everything was fresh and super comfortable, and you can tell the staff pays attention to the little details. It felt like the kind of place you want to come back to. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, I’d absolutely recommend this hotel—friendly service, clean and spacious rooms, and a team that goes above and beyond. Five stars, no question.
